Terms and Conditions — 123 abc Pakistan Online Betting & Gaming Platform

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have specific meanings when used on the 123 abc platform:

• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account or otherwise accesses the 123 abc platform.

Your 123 abc account is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 123 abc account.
• You must choose a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you believe your account security may have been compromised.

123 abc will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain password security, sharing of credentials, or negligence on your part. 123 abc support will work with you to investigate reported security incidents and take appropriate action to protect your account.

All financial transactions on 123 abc are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. 123 abc does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification as described in Section 2.

123 abc does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside the control of 123 abc and for which 123 abc bears no responsibility.

123 abc offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes fraud and results in permanent account suspension.
• All bonuses on 123 abc carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. This means if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 30,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not met within this window are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while sports betting and other game categories may contribute less. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only accepted and binding when you receive an explicit confirmation from 123 abc. Bets that appear to have been placed but for which no confirmation is received should be treated as unconfirmed. Contact support if you are unsure whether a bet has been accepted.

• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the moment of confirmation are binding. 123 abc is not responsible for odds displayed prior to confirmation that differ from the odds at which the bet is accepted.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, if the result cannot be determined within a reasonable time, or if the bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error. Voided bets are refunded to your 123 abc wallet in full.
• Postponed Events: For sports events, if an event is postponed by less than 24 hours, bets remain valid and are settled on the rescheduled result. If an event is postponed by more than 24 hours or cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to the above rules plus additional in-play specific rules. Bets placed during a deliberate delay in live odds update — caused by either 123 abc or a player exploiting a known latency — may be voided at 123 abc's discretion.
• Accumulator Bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs are settled at the reduced combination odds. The accumulator is not automatically voided in full unless all legs are voided.

• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. • Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the certified statistical performance of each game across a large number of rounds. • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting results through any means, including collusion with other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit 123 abc's odds or bonus systems.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 123 abc for money laundering purposes.
• Accessing 123 abc using any method that circumvents geographic or technical access controls.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any other person.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 123 abc staff or other players.

Either you or 123 abc may close your account. The following rules apply:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled normally and any withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be fully locked and you will not be able to access the platform or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
